When Flying booking your tickets with Air Namibia there are various fares available. Here you find more information on the specific fares.

Ticketing within 48 hours

Bookings made 7days before departure
Ticketing within 7days
Bookings made 72hrs before departure

Bookings made 5 hrs before departure
Ticketing immediately.

 Domestic
Ticketing within 48 hours

Regional
Bookings made 5days before departure,
ticketing 72hrs
bookings made 48hrs before departure,
ticketing within 48hrs
bookings made 5hrs before departure,
ticketing immediately.

International
Bookings made 7days before departure,
ticketing within 7days
bookings made 72hrs before depature,
ticketing within 72hrs
bookings made 5 hrs before departure,
ticketing immediately.

 Domestic/ Regional/ International:
Reservations required for all sectors
Changes Domestic
Anytime : NAD 400.
Regional
Anytime : NAD 400.
International

If same booking class not available
charge the rebooking fee and the
difference in fare.

When combined fares on a
Half Round Trip Basis the
most restrictive rule applies.

Regional :
Anytime – NAD 300/ ZAR 300/
USD 50/ BWP 250.
International :
Anytime – EUR 75/ NAD 870
ZAR 870/ BWP 790/ USD 100.

If same booking class not available
charge the rebooking fee and the
difference in fare. When combined
fares on a Half Round Trip Basis the
most restrictive rule applies.

 Domestic/ Regional/ International:
Changes permitted at anytime
with no change fee
(any fare difference will apply).

When combined fares on a Half Round
Trip Basis the most restrictive rule applies.
Refundability Domestic:
Non-refundable in case of
Cancel/ Refund and Noshows.

Regional:
Non-refundable in case of
Cancel/ Refund and Noshows.

International:
Non-refundable in case of
Cancel/ Refund and No-shows.

When combined fares on a
Half Round Trip Basis the most
restrictive rule applies.
Taxes will be refunded at applicable
Admin Fee of USD 45
(plus 15% VAT on domestic fares).
